Contact us

Our team is here Monday to Friday. Contact us by email, phone or in person.

What do you need help with?

You need urgent medical help
Do not email us. Call 111 for urgent advice, or 999 in an emergency. Nobody monitors this inbox overnight or at weekends.
You want to know where your order is
Tracking and order history are in your account. Dispatch and delivery timings are on the delivery page.
You have a question about your medicine
Call us and ask for the pharmacist. Questions about how to take something, or whether it interacts with your other medicines, are quicker on the phone than by email.
You want to change or cancel an order
Email us before 3pm on a working day and quote your order number. After 3pm the order has usually been dispatched, so see returns instead.
You think you have had a side effect
Report it through the MHRA Yellow Card scheme and tell us as well, so we can record it against your order.
You want to make a complaint
Email us with Complaint in the subject line. It goes to the superintendent pharmacist, not to general support.

Email

Best for anything about an order, an account, a delivery or a refund.

Include, where it applies:

  • your order number
  • the name the order was placed under
  • the delivery postcode
  • a photo, if something arrived damaged or wrong

Please do not send photographs of a medical problem by email. If the pharmacist needs to see something, we will tell you how to send it securely.

Phone

Monday to Friday, 9am to 6:30pm. Best for questions about a medicine you are already taking, or anything you would rather not put in writing. Ask for the pharmacist and you will be put through.

Get directions

You are welcome to come in. If you want to collect an order the same day, place it before 3pm on a working day and call ahead so we can have it ready.

Reporting a side effect

Any suspected side effect from a medicine can be reported to the MHRA through the Yellow Card scheme. You do not need to be certain the medicine caused it, and you do not need a healthcare professional to do it for you.

Tell us too. Email the details with your order number and the pharmacist will record it and advise on what to do next. If you are unwell right now, call 111 rather than waiting for a reply.

Making a complaint

Email us with Complaint in the subject line. Complaints go to Daniel Higham, the superintendent pharmacist.

If you have a concern about pharmacy safety or professional conduct, you can raise it with the General Pharmaceutical Council, which regulates us.
